Short let in queer friendly home

Bright double room (with double bed) just off Stoke Newington church street in a gorgeous 1930s block. There’s a shared bathroom with bath and shower, a very well equipped kitchen (with dishwasher) and a living room with a sunny balcony - perfect for a morning coffee or an evening glass of wine 😊.

The flat is only two minutes walk to Clissold Park and plenty of lovely cafes, shops, pubs & restaurants and just down the road from Dalston.
This area is very well served by heaps of bus routes and a ten-minute walk to Stoke Newington overground, which gets you to Liverpool Street in 15 minutes. If you need the tube, then you can also hop a bus over to Finsbury Park, Seven Sisters, Arsenal or Highbury & Islington.

Sharing with two, friendly queer women. Ideally looking for other queer women or very queer-friendly. Vegetarian or vegan cooking preferred in the flat. This is a short-let of 2 months max as the flat is going up for sale unfortunately.
After that, I’ll be looking for new lovely people to live with somewhere - maybe you!!
All bills included but you will be expected to contribute towards shared items such as cleaning products and toilet roll. After friendly but chilled, respectful, and clean housemates.

Please note: I cannot accept couples letting out one room whilst the other room is being let. It would make a lovely, calm space feel very overcrowded.

About me: I currently work for the NHS but my background and passion is in massage therapy and some creative work too. I still dip into both of these occasionally.

I usually have quiet nights during the week (though maybe a drink on the balcony) and tend to get more sociable at the weekend - a friend or two might occasionally come round for food or drinks and some tunes. However, it’s not a party house.
I also might be found out and about in Dalston at queer bars or at a music gig or day festival (I’m mainly into electronic music though known to stretch beyond this too 😊).
I love art and mooching around local independent markets and getting out of London for a good walk or even a swim in the sea when I can. I’m also pretty obsessed with a good sauna of which there’s a growing number popping up around here 🤩

At home I general like a lovely balance of friendly (maybe a chat over a glass of wine) and very calm. I appreciate the place being kept clean so look for housemates who feel similarly.
I am vegetarian so ideally like living with other vegetarians or vegans. I only want to share with other women unless you are a particularly lovely queer man!! A bonus if you are queer, but a queer ally works too 😊
