Double room in Stoke Newington

I’m a 31 year old gay man living in Stoke Newington, working in ad creative. I’m looking to find a new flatemate for my second bedroom. Flexible on a move-in date from 11th July onwards.

It’s small but cute with a double bed, shelves fitted on the walls, and a wardrobe.

The flat has two bedrooms, one bathroom, and a large open plan living/kitchen space. There’s a shared garden on the ground floor which is used by all the neighbours in the building. There’s also a bike shed with a dedicated space for you to use.

My current flatmate had a small desk which doubles as a WFH space and a bedside table. However, the room might be better suited to people who work primarily away from home.

I enjoy watching TV/movies, drinks/food with friends, nights out, making cocktails, drawing and painting, making the flat smell great with incense and candles, flea markets, hosting dinner parties etc...

Looking for a housemate who I’ll get along with and spend some time with, but who also values balancing this with alone time and personal space.

Rent amount includes a cleaner who comes twice per month.
