We are looking for a new housemate to join our sociable Stoke Newington flat, with a spacious double bedroom available from early/mid April until the end of the tenancy in February 2027.

The Room:

Spacious double bedroom available in our three bed flat located in an ideal area of Stoke Newington. The room has plenty of built in storage and lots of natural light!

The remainder of the flat has all your standard amenities, with a spacious kitchen, separate toilet and bathroom, living room and large garden which is perfect for the summer (we have hosted many a BBQ)

Costs:

The rent it £900pcm, not including bills which comes to ~£120 per month which covers internet, heating, gas, electricity water, council tax (Band D), cleaner, TV subs etc.

Location:

The flat is located in a quiet street nestled between Stoke Newington and Dalston (Zone 2), about a 15 minute walk from Dalston Junction and Kingsland Station, and 1 minute from the ever reliable 73/476 Bus. The flat is also located very close to Clissold Park (honestly no lie one of the best parks in London), Clissold Leisure Centre, Church Street with lots of cool cafes/shops, and Dalston with all its great pubs, bars, restaurants, clubs - it really is a great location! Crucially, it is TWO minutes walk from The Shakespeare, arguably the greatest pub in hackney.

The Flatmates:

Bit about us - we are Callum and Aaron, two 29 year old young professionals (a civil servant and a radiotherapy physicist in the NHS), originally from London and Derby respectively. We are sociable and friendly, have hobbies such as football (Callum supports spurs RIP), climbing (castle climbing center is a 20 min walk from the flat!), going to gigs and events (anything from 80s disco night to techno), pub nights/quizzes, gallery/theatre outings, festivals, and generally hanging out together as a flat etc, but are also tidy and respectable of each others space and privacy :). We are not strangers to watching Ye Box Set.
