Description

Looking for someone to take over my previous flatmate's double room in a cosy flat in Stoke Newington! Flat looks out onto the high street with the entrance being through a quiet mews. Wonderful location a stones throw from Sainsburys/Tesco/all-night grocers, 9 minute walk to Rectory Road overground or a quick bus to the Victoria line with Seven Sisters station. Really close to loads of cafes and restaurants on Church St, bars and cinema in Dalston, Abney and Clissold Parks.

The room is really nicely sized, comes furnished with a bed, wardrobe and chest of drawers. It's very quiet as well as it doesn't look out onto the main road. There is also a shared living room which is nice to hang out in.

I've lived here for a year with a dear friend who is moving on to greener pastures, so I'd love to continue having a friendly and social energy in the flat! Would be great to have someone who's up for a pint sometimes etc, the rooms are also quite separate so it's very easy to have one's own space when desired.
