Looking for someone to take over my lovely double room in Stoke Newington as I’m moving back home! The flat is super conveniently located, 1 min walk from Rectory Road station and close to the cafes/shops on Church St & Stoke Newington High St. There’s also lots of great green spaces nearby!
You’d be sharing with 3 young professionals in their mid-late twenties, who love the occasional film night or pub quiz!
Move in dates are flexible but would need to be before 12th August, and our contract is until October 15th. Rent is £975, bills tend to be £75 and council tax is £42.
One of our other flatmates is also moving out, so we have another double room that will be available for £925 rent (photos coming soon!) if that’s better for your budget. That room is smaller but has access to a study if you need space to wfh. Move in date also flexible.
