Sunny front facing room Stoke newington

Looking for a new housemate to come and live in our stoke newington manor.

You will be living with:
Antoinette: 32 - Originally from Australia, currently working in the hair and beauty industry.
Sarah: 26 - Originally from NZ, currently working in child care.

We are both pretty relaxed, clean and tidy and take pride in keeping the home and enjoyable place to be. We both work out of the house 4/5 days a week but enjoy having a catch up at the end of the day and occasional dinner.

Looking for:
Young professional 27 - 35. Respectful, tidy, friendly and is open to fitting in with the current house routine. Works out of the home at least 3 days per week.

As we are both pretty settled and work alternating weekends the house is a pretty restful space and would be best suited to someone who is aligned with keeping the place quiet at nights. Home dinner with friends vibe rather than party etc…

The room/ rental checks:
The room on street level and the largest in the house. Has good airflow and light.

Room- £920 plus water/internet/council tax. It can be variable but often won’t go over £1000

You will need to have preferably a UK guarantor or a financially solid guarantor available for the landlord. This may be flexible if you have a high income. There may also may be a possibility of some rent being paid up front but again this is dependent on financial security.
