We would like to share our three bedroom fully-furnished home, brimming with character, period features and wooden floors located right in the heart of Newington Green - a 10 minute walk to Church St, Dalston and Canonbury, Islington is also very close by. I work in the Middle East so only pop back to London once a year and may need to stay in the house for a few days, apart from that it's your home with a large double bedroom and the use of the spare room for Storage. It's a very spacious property with enough room to live comfortably with the other house mate, with shared use of large living room, kitchen, bathroom and terrace, plenty of room for bikes. All furniture and appliances in photos included and recently updated. Fridge-freezer, oven, washing machine, kettle, iron, Nespresso coffee machine and wine fridge. Bus stop directly outside and 10 minute walk to overground train stations - bills not included.
