Hi there! We have a gorgeous double available in our beautiful converted townhouse. The flat is situated on the border line between Stoke Newington and Dalston, so we get the best of both amazing areas!

4 bedrooms, two bathrooms (you’ll be sharing with the lovely Ellen), a huge living room/kitchen area with high ceilings and a big courtyard garden which is an absolute steal in Hackney.

We get on really well as friends and we like to do things together and all spend time in the living areas together in the week and do the occasional pub or dinner together but have all have been living in London for a few years and equally have our own things going on. We’d ideally like someone with the same lifestyle who also works from home a maximum of 1-2 days a week to keep a nice work life balance in the house!

The bedroom has a double bed, bedside cabinet, big chest of drawers and clothes rail and has enough room to fit a desk for wfh. Bills come to around £90 a month.

A little about the housemates - The three of us are in our late 20’s, early 30’s and work full time Monday to Friday so would like someone the same age. Kelly and Ellen work for a hospital and in events PR and both love running/staying fit and Sunday markets. Charlotte works for a film school and knows every film or play worth watching. We all love music and going to gigs!

We’ll be hosting viewings 26th Aug-28th Aug. The contract renews on the 10th September so rent would be paid then but you’re welcome to move in up to the week after xx
