DURATION & CONTRACT

Ideal move in date is from 7th November, but there can be some flexibility for this. The contract on the property is until 7th March, at which time the lease will be up renewal. So the minimum duration would be 5 months. Any new tenant would be added to the contract, this is not a sublet, and any new tenant would be subject to necessary tenant credit checks.

The current tenant (Max) will be staying in the contract and I (Paul) will be moving to go travelling in the New Year. I will be liaising the viewings and handling any questions, and during viewings I will hope to organise them at a time where any prospective tenant can meet Max.
