We are three women from Toronto in our late-20s, looking for a clean and friendly fourth roommate for our charming flat. A 5 minute walk from Stoke Newington High Street and Hackney Downs, the flat is in a great location and is well-connected by overground and bus.

The room has a big window and gets incredible light. There is a study across the hall that can be used for extra storage and office space. The flat has two bathrooms, so you will only be sharing with one other.

The flat gets great light all day, with east & west facing windows. It’s on a quiet street close to lots of parks, pubs, and a farmer’s market on Saturdays. We are a friendly & social household, and love to go to the pub & watch movies together.

Hannah works freelance in the day and hospitality in the evening, Jojo works in arts administration and hospitality, and Abby is in law school. We are into film, cooking, music, & art, are an LGBT-friendly household and are open to a flatmate of any gender.

The flat is furnished, but we have recently taken over the lease and have the opportunity to redecorate and fit the place more to our taste. We are looking for a likeminded flatmate, and want to make the place feel like a home!
