Small Double Room (9 month sublet) near Rectory Rd

Hello, we have a small double room available in a Victorian split level maisonette. The flat is located at the end of a residential street close to Rectory Road Station. There is noise from traffic but it's well lit for walking home at night.

The room has a sloping roof ceiling, a double bed and shelves. There is also a large wardrobe on the landing just outside the room that you would have sole use of. There is room for a bike at the entrance. Note that the room currently doesn't have a desk, though there is just enough space to have one.

We don't have a living room but the kitchen is a good size with a table and chairs. We have a cleaner who comes every fortnight to clean the communal areas. Bills are around £160 per month on top of the rent (Council Tax Band D)

The flat is old and a bit run down with single glazed sash windows and bare floor boards - hence the cheap price! We are happy to live with it's quirks but it's not for someone that wants a modern, newly furnished and super clean living space.

We are a prop/set maker/artist/teacher and a library assistant in our mid thirties - early forties. We are relaxed and friendly and it's a quiet household. We are looking for a creative professional of similar age, who is respectful of others and the space and who is tidy.
