It’s a calm and tidy home – definitely not a party house – but I do enjoy having a few friends over for dinner now and then. I keep things clean and organised and would like to live with someone who values the same.
Rent & bills:
The rent is £1,100 per month, plus electricity, water, and WiFi (council tax is included).
Viewings:
Available between 7–9pm from Monday 15th September to Friday 26th September, and the same times the following week if I haven’t found the right person yet.

Ideally, you’ll be a professional (no students, sorry), aged between 25–40, who wants a relaxed and respectful living environment.
