5 month sublet, Stoke Newington

Hi! I’m looking to sublet my double room in a beautiful house just off Church Street, Stoke Newington. The room is available from the 27th October till the 10th April. Rent is £875 a month not including bills.

It’s a fantastic house with great shared living spaces including a large living/dining room, spacious kitchen and a sunny garden. We’re a stones throw from all the shops, restaurants and pubs on Church street and walking distance to Stoke Newington overground and buses into central London.

It’s an easy going and sociable household who enjoy having dinner and drinks together but are also respectful of each other’s space and like to keep the place clean and tidy. We occasionally enjoy hosting friends at the house but it’s not a party house.

You’ll be sharing with Jill (40) and Ariel (34). Jill works for the BBC, she enjoys travelling and appreciates good food. You can often find her out at a comedy gig or making jewellery at home. Ariel is a consultant and works 3-4 days from her home office. She loves reading books and getting to the gym early (and subsequently going to sleep early!).

We’re looking for someone (sorry, no couples) around our age who is fun, friendly and respectful to join Jill and Ariel in making this place a home. Get in touch if this sounds like you!
