Double room in Stoke Newington

Hi everyone! We will have a double room available in our home in Stoke Newington for two months starting from the 1st of October, with the possibility of extending.

The flat is in a great location with rectory road station a stone throw away and Dalston junction within a short walking distance and plenty of shops/ pubs/ parks very nearby.

The house is currently home to three professionals, all over the age of 30. We’re usually busy with work during the week, but enjoy spending time together in the living room in the evenings and weekends. Ideally, we’re looking for someone who’s looking for the same. It is not a party house but we do regularly have some nice dinners, good wine and chat between us all.
Cleanliness is extremely important.

The room comes with basic furniture, including a bed, bedside table, and chest of drawers. The house has a living room, kitchen, bathroom, and a garden.

The rent is £800 per month, not including bills, which usually come to around £100.
