Hi all! Sad to be leaving my room in Stoke Newington but hopefully will be a lovely home for the next person 🩵

Room available in a shared 4 bed flat (ground floor) in the centre of Stoke Newington, just metres from Clissold Park and Church Street.

Situated 10 mins from the overground station which goes directly to Liverpool Street, and a 3 min walk to buses into King's Cross and Oxford Circus.

We’re looking for an easy-going female flatmate in their mid/late 20’s to share with 3 other female flatmates also in our 20’s/30's. 🌟

The flat is a ground floor single level flat with a large kitchen/living space and spacious bathroom for the 4 of us, with another separate toilet too. The room is bright and airy with a newly fitted double glazed window, looking onto our back garden. The room includes double bed and a large wardrobe outside the room, and can throw in a desk too if needed.

You’ll be sharing the house with 3 other girls: Addie, who works in pharmaceuticals, Cris, who works in comms for a tech company and Taylor, who works in oncology research.

We like to spend our free time out with friends and exploring London. We all mostly work in the office during the week but do occasionally work from home - we have good WiFi if you’ll be wfh at all too! 🌟

£844pcm incl. all bills, deposit is £721, and no estate fees. The room needs to be filled by mid October (or earlier if possible!!).
