Sunny room in Stoke Newington terrace house

Lovely room available in Stoke Newington house, just near Abney park. Super close to Morrisons and other shops / supermarkets.
Flatmates are working in fashion and the arts.

We’ve got a nice sized garden which we use occasionally for barbecues, good sized kitchen and shared living room.
We all get along well, not a party house but everyone is comfortable with each other and happy to have friends or guests round as well as the occasional drink or dinner together.

Move in date is flexible - can do earlier, potentially from early October :)
