We’re looking for a new housemate to join our friendly home!

10 min walk to Manor House Station (Piccadilly Line)
15 min walk to Church Street (great for food & shops)
18 min walk to Finsbury Park Station

The Room:
Comfortable double bed
Two storage spaces: one behind the bed and another behind the bookshelf (big enough to fit 2 suitcases each side)
Bright, cozy, and easy to make your own
There is an option to buy the furniture from the current tenant who is happy to discuss offers.

The Flat:
The flat is situated approx. two minutes from Clissold Park / Church Street. It’s a beautiful, quiet flat that is a great price for the area. 

The flat is on the top floor of a townhouse - with a communal kitchen, bathroom and spare room (we use as a laundry room). The property is privately owned by a fantastic couple who live locally and provide assistance if needed. Please note there is no living room so your main living space would be your bedroom.



We’d ideally like a professional, who is quiet, conscientious and wants somewhere long-term. We’re hoping to have someone move in by October 24th, however there is also the option to move in before. You’d be living Elsha, a digital creator working with a womenswear brand in London, and Matthew, a womenswear designer. We’ve both lived in the flat together for a while and love the space. The current tenancy runs to July 2024 and will be renewed for 12 months after this - we’re looking for someone who will be able to stay for the additional 12 months. 



Bills:
Internet, Council Tax (Band D), Electricity, & Gas are Approx. £110-120 per month
Water: paid quarterly

Someone in their late 20s/30s
Clean, considerate, and easygoing
Looking for a peaceful and friendly place to live
