The bedroom has a king size bed, and is stylishly decorated with white shutters, lots of in-built storage and new bedside tables.

The house is fully furnished, with a modern kitchen, terrace, utility room, and cosy sitting room. There is a toilet on the ground floor and a bathroom with bath + shower on the first floor, which will be shared with current tenant.

House will be shared with one female tenant and the other room may be rented out periodically. Current tenant is a journalist originally from Brazil, and her interests include film, literature, dancing and hiking! We are looking for a neat & tidy individual who is very respectful of the house, it's furnishings, and neighbours.

Great transport links to central London including Dalston Kingsland / Junction (5-10 min walk), Newington Green buses (5-10 min walk), and Highbury & Islington underground (20 min walk).
