My name is Flo and I’m currently looking for two others to move in with me in Stoke Newington just off Newington Green. The two available rooms are identical in size on different floors.

The contracts are for 6 months until April next year. Looking for people who can move in next week 8th October. The house has 3 bedrooms, a bathroom, big kitchen with dining space, separate living room, utility room and garden.

The rooms both have a wardrobe and mounted unit but other than that are unfurnished, the rest of the house is furnished.

Just off Newington Green it’s the perfect location with Clissold Park and Church Street just a stones throw away and a short walk to both overground and underground.

Please note that the house doesn’t include bills, they have been around £150 which includes council tax, wifi, gas, electricity, water and fortnightly cleaner.

I’m looking for people who are kind, considerate, clean, tidy and take pride in their space / want somewhere homely.

I turned 30 earlier this year so preferably looking for people in their 30s but open to people of any age!
