I’ve lived here for 4 years and really loved my room, it’s the brightest one I’ve had in the last 10 years across 6 different flats in London! (Sadly moving in with a close friend relocating to London)

While there’s no living room, the kitchen is our spot for a cuppa and a chin wag. We all have our independent lives but have become friends through living together, and sometimes go for a pint, a coffee, or a wander around the vintage weekend markets in Church St, Abney, or Clissold Park or catch a film at Vue Angel.

We’re hoping to find someone who’d fit right into this dynamic!

Who we’re hoping to have:

Since we’re all professionals, we’re looking for a female flatmate in their mid 20s to 30s who is also a professional or have a regular routine like studying for a master/phd.

We all work in really full on sectors, so enjoy chilled evenings after hectic weeks and sometimes hang out on weekends. We’d love a flatmate with a similar lifestyle (sorry, we’ve moved on from the crazy party days!)

We’ve been great at maintaining a super tidy communal space and are respectful of each other. We do a weekly cleaning on a rota (once a month per person) and hope to keep this up—it’s amazing how good a clean space looks and feels! So if you’re tidy, please please reach out!!
