We have 2 lovely spacious double rooms and we are looking for a couple of friendly femails to join our four bedroom Stoke Newington flat!

About the room:
• 2 Spacious double rooms
• One available from September and the other from the start of October.
• Rent £860 pcm/£870 pcm — most bills incl. except gas and electricity (winter max £30, summer around £15 pcm)
• Furnished with double bed, wardrobe, desk.

About the flat:
• No living room but shared kitchen with dining table and a shared bathroom
• 15 minute walk from Stoke Newington church street
• 5 Minute walk to Stoke Newington overground
• Just off the A10 so great bus links to Central and North London
• Shops: Big Morrisons right across the road and about a 10 minute walk to a Lidl

About your flatmates:
• Sophie (28) works for a retailer and doing a literature degree
• Alwiyah (23) recruiter for higher education


Who we’re hoping to have:
Since we’re all professionals, we’re looking for a female flatmate in their mid 20s to 30s who is also a professional or have a regular routine like studying for a master/phd.


We enjoy chilled evenings after hectic weeks and sometimes hang out on weekends, so we'd love a flatmate with a similar lifestyle (sorry, we’ve moved on from the crazy party days!)

We’ve been great at maintaining a super tidy communal space and we have a weekly cleaning on a rota (once a month per person) and hope to keep this up.
