2 x double bedrooms available in heart of stokey

Hello!

We are looking for 2 special someone’s to fill 2 of our double bedrooms in our absolute gem of a house in Stoke Newington!
It's less than a five minute walk from Church Street and the High Street, and a stone's throw away from our local, The Londesborough. Close by are the beautiful green spaces of Clissold and Abney park, and connections are a 10-15 minute walk to Stoke Newington, Dalston Kingsland / Junction and Rectory Road Overground stations, with bus links pretty much everywhere.

The rooms up for grabs are, double bedrooms, both bright and airy, one on the ground floor with a beautiful stain glass window, and the other on the first floor with a large window looking out onto the garden. There’s room in both for storage and a desk space to work from home! Some of the current furniture will be staying including the bed frames and mattresses.

We’ve got a big shared living room, kitchen / dining room and a lovely garden (plenty of bike storage). Then a modern bathroom, with a decent shower and a bath. The house is warm and cosy with art and furniture throughout.

You will be sharing with the fabulous Harry and Josh. They're an easy-going and sociable bunch who enjoy a few drinks and days/nights out together, as well as hanging out in the house after a busy day at work. That said, everyone has their own things going on and varying schedules so are never clambering over each other.

They’re ideally looking 2 x female flatmates, aged around 29-35 to keep the balance.

Rent is £810 with bills around £140-150
extra each a month. There is a £860 deposit per person.

Move-in date is 3rd November.
