We’re renting out a bright, fully furnished double room in our ground floor garden flat, just a short walk from Clissold Park and Church Street, which is full of lovely cafes, shops and pubs.

With excellent bus connections available day and night, you’ll have easy access to all corners of London. The 73, 476 and 393 all run regularly from nearby. Stoke Newington Overground is about a 10-minute walk, and Manor House station on the Piccadilly line is around 20 minutes away. You can be at King’s Cross in a little over 30 minutes.

The room comes with a comfortable double bed, wardrobe, shelving and a work desk. The flat has a shared kitchen and a small garden that’s lovely in the warmer months. There’s also bike storage available in the garden.

You’ll be sharing with us, a couple (Jon & Danielle) and our very friendly small dog, Cody. It’s a relaxed, respectful household and we value a peaceful home.
