We have 1 room available in our 3 bed Stokey terrace house from 15th November

About the room: It's the 2nd biggest of the 3 bedrooms, light filled with a view onto the quiet back garden. The room comes with bed, chest of drawers, wardrobe and desk. Our housemate who is leaving may be selling a few other bits so can be discussed if needed too.

About the flat: We have a big garden with decking, a well-equipped kitchen with a great gas oven/ stove, two dining areas, reading nook, big lounge, spacious bathroom with shower/bath and a separate downstairs toilet. We're on a quiet street just 10 minutes from Dalston and 5 from Church St.

About us: You'd be living with Antonia (36) and Kate (36), who work from home 2-3 days a week.
I am Scottish and work in media. I like going to the pub with friends, trying out new restaurants and binging rubbish reality TV.
Kate’s a business development freelancer and free spirit. She will hibernate during winter at the local sauna 2mins from our house and at our local pub directly opposite the sauna (in that order).

House vibes: We like to keep a clean, friendly and social environment while respecting each other's space/needs. Definitely not a party house, but we do like to hang out and watch TV. We're looking for a like-minded housemate who also knows how to share a house considerately and wants to make it their home!

We'd like to find someone similar in age, so please only message us if you're a female in your 30s.

You would be signing a contract until March and hopefully extend beyond that date. Bills are approx. £200 per month (absolute max but typically fluctuate month to month)
