About us:
Andy - 30 year old male - works in ecommerce
Jonny -29 year old male - works in sales

We're a very easy going, love cooking, comedy, music, sport (golf, tennis, rugby) and going to the pub. Plus the odd night out to see a band or dj.

I work from home 4-5 days a week and Jonny is in the office 4 days a week.

We're both clean so your feet won't be sticking to the floors as you walk through the flat

We're looking for a female housemate to balance out the energy. No disrespect to the blokes out there, this flat has always been 2 boys 1 girl and has worked out perfectly so far.

Room is mostly unfurnished, the wardrobe must be purchased (I'm sure you'll want it anyway)
We will need references
Bills come to approx £100 per month each
