Room with double bed in Stoke Newington

Hi! I'm sadly leaving London and looking for someone to take over my room. It's a box room with a double bed, lots of natural light and lovely flatmates.

The flat is in a great location with something for everyone. It’s 15 minutes away from Clissold Park, lovely in the spring and summer and has a nice sports centre. Dalston is just 10 minutes away, perfect for jazz club and Superstore enthusiasts. Jolene just two minutes away, loads of other good restaurants and cafes in the area too.

Transport options are great - two minutes from multiple bus routes, 10 minutes from the Overground, 20 minutes from Angel, 30 minutes from King’s Cross and Liverpool Street.

The room itself has a double bed and wardrobe, window faces south with plenty of light. Kitchen is spacious for three people, and there’s a separate living room. Living room is rarely used during the day so its a good spot for working from home. Lots of common area and storage space.

Rent is £525 pcm without bills. Bills are around £115 pcm:

You’ll be living with Alejandro and Lewis. Ale is 23, a fashion photography student from Spain. Lewis is 27, British, a studio technician and photographer. We have our own lives and we are out a lot, but we hang out in the kitchen often when we are home. Everyone’s tidy and respectful.

I’ll be holding viewings starting today, so drop me a message with a little bit about yourself. If you are keen, you can put down £50 deposit to hold the room. The agent will need to run a reference check, and the security deposit is one month’s rent.
