Me and my partner Reuben are moving out from this wonderful flat in the heart of Stoke Newington. Both rooms are available from the 10th of November
THE HOUSE
There are two rooms available so you can choose your favourite one.
We have also a cozy living room upstairs that we use for laundries and, a massive garden, ready to host summer bbqs and after work drinks.
The house is located 2 minutes from Church Street in a lovely and quiet area. 10 minutes walk from Clissold Park, Rectory Road Overground, Stoke Newington Overground, 15' walk from Dalston Kingsland.
ROOMS STUFF:
Option 1 TAKEN!: Bright medium room with access to our private garden (also accessible from the kitchen). £700 not including bills (Bills are between £95-£130 depending on the time of year). Photo of the room are from previous tenant because we are using it as a studio at the moment and it's a bit messy!
Option 2: Bright medium-large room. £835 excluding bills (bills are £95 - £130 depending on time of year) STILL AVAILABLE
ABOUT THE REMAINING TENANTS:
Salvatore, Italian doctor in his early 30’s and Lisa, our newest addition to the flat!
NEW FLATMATE
Any nationality, gender and sexual orientation welcomed
We are welcoming 2 friends, 2 strangers. Both rooms available FROM THE 10TH OF NOVEMBER.
Me and Reuben will pay November month but if you move within this time frame you will pay us back the rent x hope it make sense
