Sublet in Stoke Newington

I am travelling to Australia for one month and am looking to sub let my room to a clean and tidy young professional. It is a nice penthouse flat, just off Church Street in the heart of Stoke Newington.

The apartment consists of two bedrooms, a bathroom (including a bath with shower), and an open plan kitchen / sitting room. There is plenty of natural light.

Of course I will make some cupboard space for you and you are welcome to either bring your own bedding or use mine. We also have a fully stocked kitchen.

The room is available from 1-28 November. The price for this period is 1225 GBP, which includes bills - although I am open to an offer at this late stage. I have requested a deposit to protect the room and my belongings. I am happy to facilitate viewings, either in person or virtually.
