Clare, 32, and Tom, 39, are taking over the tenancy at the end of November and are looking for a great 3rd person to join them!

Clare is a biologist, loves cooking, swimming, making ceramics, comedy and gigs. Tom is a behavioural advisor for schools, also a foody and enjoys being outdoors, meeting new people and trying new things. We are both chilled, like our own space but very social and have a drink/watch TV together when we can!

Looking to create a calm and relaxed home – let us know if you are interested and tell us a bit about yourself! We are looking for a full-time professional preferably in their 30s who will contribute to a clean, friendly and respectful flat.

Location wise it’s a 6 minute walk from Stoke Newington station and only 15 minutes from Clissold park, with Stoke Newington Green at the end of the road.

Really close proximity to a range of different local food shops and Morrisons round the corner. The flat is also a short bus ride from Dalston and there’s space for 2 bikes downstairs.
