Bright double room to SUBLET in Stoke Newington

Hello!

I am looking for someone to sublet my room in Stoke Newington for 2 months while I am travelling ✈️

Move-in: 6th March 2026 (or slightly later depending on your dates)

Move-out: 8th May 2026

📋 Rent is £740 per month with bills around £120-£140 extra. The room will be furnished.

🛏️ The room up for grabs is a bright and cosy double bedroom on the first floor of the house, looking out onto the garden. There is also a lovely living room which will be your dedicated wfh space if needed, equipped with a desk and chair.

🏡 Our house is less than a five minute walk from Church Street and the High Street, and a stone's throw away from our local, The Londesborough. Close by are the beautiful green spaces of Clissold and Abney park, and connections are a 10-15 minute walk to Stoke Newington, Dalston Kingsland / Junction and Rectory Road Overground stations, with bus links pretty much everywhere.

We also have a shared kitchen/dining space, an enclosed garden with bike storage, and a modern bathroom with a power shower and a bath. The house is warm and cosy with art and furniture throughout.

You will be sharing with Josh, Jenna, and Emily. They’re an easy-going and sociable bunch who enjoy a few drinks and days/nights out together, as well as hanging out in the house after a busy day at work. That said, they all have their own things going on and varying schedules so are never clambering over each other.

I’m ideally looking for someone aged around 29-35, to keep the balance.
