Small double room available in light and airy flat in Stoke Newington, opposite Stokey Common.
Our current flatmate is moving out this weekend (31st October) so move in ideally would be v soon.
Rent £650 per month, Bills not included, usually around £120 in summer (including council tax) to £150 in winter.
Such a lovely flat & lovely neighbours, great community feel in the area.
One flatmate works from home permanently and the other (me) works from home 2 days a week. We usually keep to ourselves and have our own lives, but want someone who is happy to hang and socialise together sometimes.
Lease ends in April but I envision the landlords will just renew it as they are so sound
