Two different sized rooms available in my lovely house in Stoke Newington.
My existing flatmates unfortunately need to move out for different reasons and I really don’t want to give up this amazing house, so I’m looking for a couple of great individuals who would like to move in when the tenancy renews in December.
The house: large, classic Victorian end of terraced house, featuring three bedrooms, large living and dining rooms, separate kitchen extension, large patio/garden, large shared bathroom and one additional downstairs toilet room. Cellar for storage. We’ve had the best time here and it’s just a fantastic size for the price with so much living space.
Location: right in-between Stoke Newington and Rectory Road overground stations, nestled between Church Street and Stoke Newington High Street, one minute from multiple bus stops. Super quiet residential road with a community feel, but so close to the local high streets and only a little walk to so many bars and restaurants in Dalston too!
Looking for: nice people who are conscientious and clean. All that really matters is that we get on, so it would be great to get to know you a bit if you may be interested. LGBT and female friendly, but open to anyone of course!
About me: late 20s professional from London and working in tech, hybrid 3+ days in the office and generally busy social life. This house has felt really homely so I’m just looking to find like-minded, chilled out people so that can continue. Love cooking and we’ve had a lot of shared dinners/baked goods during our time here, so if you like food I’m a good person to live with :)
Additional costs: bills and council tax not included, and we have a cleaner once every 2 weeks to do floors, bathroom etc so it stays nice and clean.
