Current housemates are two guys and two girls (LGBT friendly house!) - super super lovely and easy to live with. Everyone looks after the space and cleans up after themselves!
Cleaner comes once a week (£8 each a week on split wise - super easy).
The term comes to an end end of November and so would be signing on to a new tenancy agreement.
Pretty flexible with viewings but hoping to hold this weekend (first and second November) to give time to get tenancy sorted!
Sad to be leaving this spot - will miss the area!
