I’m Julia — I'm Irish and work in clinical research and split my time between working from home and hospitals in London. I’m tidy, considerate, and easygoing, and I like keeping the flat feeling cosy and welcoming.

During the week I’m usually busy with work, gym, or cooking dinner and watching something good. On weekends I like exploring London, yoga, catching up with friends over brunch and the occasional night out — but I also love a quiet night in :).

I’m looking for a female flatmate who’s friendly, clean, and easy to live with — someone who wants a calm but sociable home rather than just a place to sleep.
I also respect my flatmates privacy.

Bedroom:
The bed is the only furnishing in the room.

Bills:
are as follows and can be paid through me at the end/start of each month.
I can provide you with receipts for all bills :)

Internet: £22.50 each
(energy bills are subject to change in the winter).

Move in: available from the 13th of November.

Transport:
It’s a 15min walk to Dalston overgrounds and Newington green. There's also several well connected busses(73, 476).
Right beside Clissold park, yoga studio and the Shakespeare pub, pharmacy and shops are a 1 minute walk away.

Outdoor space:
There's a gated courtyard where we park our bikes which is very safe and we've had no trouble with bike safety.
