Double room in Stoke Newington

I'm subletting my double room in a homey, tidy and spacious two storey terraced house in Stoke Newington! We have a big living room and kitchen, a back porch and private garden.

Sublet from December 5- January 16.

The flat is on a quiet residential street, a 5 minute walk from Rectory Road overground and an 8 minute walk from Clapton overground. Our closest parks are Hackney Downs and Clissold Park and we have fabulous cafes nearby, such as Bake St, Brunswick East and Esters. Tesco and Sainsburys are just a 10 minute walk away.

You'll be living with two lovely ladies (24 and 27). We're close and enjoy going out for drinks and walks and chatting while cooking dinner. However, we also all appreciate our down time and keeping a peaceful and tidy home.

Rent, including bills for the 6 weeks will be £1,000.
