Available from 4th December, £665 + bills (around 110 per month, which includes gas&electric, water, council tax, wifi, and toilet paper) in an all girl house. The deposit is 750, and the agency that deals with us is great - they fix things relatively quickly and the landlord is pretty hands off.

The room is small but cozy, and you have the opportunity to work in the living room.

Looking for a clean, respectful, and friendly flatmate to join us in a bright, cute 3-bed flat in Stoke Newington, only 3 minutes away from the overground station! I've lived here for around 2.5 years and have really enjoyed the space.

The flat has a calm, homely feel with a small balcony at the front, and a big kitchen! This is perfect for someone who wants to have a peaceful space to come home to and have cozy nights in (especially as the days are now so short). We have a great dining table for hosting, and love to have elaborate dinners with friends and movie nights.

Located next to a big Morrisons (5 min away) and Abney Park around the corner. Pretty well connected to other routes, and a 15 min walk away from Dalston with loads of trendy restaurants and the best Bahn Mi in town (for only 7 pounds).

About us:
Two gals in our mid-twenties, working in creative industries. I work in PR and am in the office twice a week, and my housemate Hannah is a film projectionist, among many other cool side hustles.

At home we like to keep things chilled, clean, and respectful but have a friendly vibe. We love hanging out but also respect each other's space.

We are looking for a friendly and nice person, obviously LGBTQ+ friendly, who is looking for a place to call their home <3 We are interested in live music, going out, travelling, tasty food, cinema, plants, and discussing politics. Ideally, it would be great if our new housemate was out of the house sometimes and had a balance between working in the house and working from home but we are easy!
