Due to someone dropping out, we are looking for someone asap to fill a double bedroom in our gem of a house in Stoke Newington.

📋 Rent is £810 with bills around £130-150
extra each a month. The room comes with a bed/mattress and there will be a £860 deposit.

🛏️ The room up for grabs is a bright double bedroom on the first floor of the house, looking out onto the garden, with plenty of space for a desk to wfh if needed.

🏡 Our house is less than a five minute walk from Church Street and the High Street, and a stone's throw away from our local, The Londesborough. Close by are the beautiful green spaces of Clissold and Abney park, and connections are a 10-15 minute walk to Stoke Newington, Dalston Kingsland / Junction and Rectory Road Overground stations, with bus links pretty much everywhere.

We also have a shared kitchen/dining space, living room, an enclosed garden with bike storage, and a modern bathroom, with a power shower and a bath. The house is warm and cosy with art and furniture throughout.

You will be sharing with myself, Josh, and Emily. We’re an easy-going and sociable bunch who enjoy a few drinks and days/nights out together, as well as hanging out in the house after a busy day at work. That said, we all have their own things going on and varying schedules so are never clambering over each other.

We’re ideally looking a female flatmate, aged around 29-35, to keep the balance.
