I am looking for someone to take over my room and lease in our lovely prime location stoke newington flat.

You'll be sharing with Santi, 26 year old professional. The flat is on the top floor and has a private rooftop as well as a balcony terrace.

Your room is a double room with built in sliding wardrobe, with ensuite bathroom including a shower room, double sinks and toilet. The kitchen is fully equipped with gas stove and oven and is an open plan into the living/dining area.

The flat is furnished except for your room which will need a bed and any other storage you require. It's in a prime Stoke Newington location where the high street meets church street.
