Two bedrooms and office space in Stoke Newington

We have two double bedrooms and an office space available from 21st November in a houseshare in Stoke Newington!

Current housemates are Ben (chess teacher), Emilia (jewelery maker) and we are looking for someone to move into our house. Please note there are two bedrooms available, one is bigger and one is smaller but with an office space available as part of the same deal.

Anyway, we are a chilled group of freelancers who like to have a relaxed home environment, we sometimes cook together or play board games but also like to have our own space. We are looking for someone who is keen on socialising but also not needing to be around housemates 24/7, as we sometimes do have slightly different work schedules so don't always see each other every day. We also have a cat (Papaya) in the house so if you are allergic/not keen on cats then it's worth knowing that first!

Monthly rent is £750 pcm for both spaces, this includes the bedroom, office as well as all shared living spaces such as the kitchen, balcony, bathroom and downstairs toilet. We are less than 5 minutes walk from Stoke Newington overground station, as well as several buses to get around London (149, 243, 67, 76 etc. etc.) and there are loads of good shops and cafes on Church Street about 10 minutes walk away. Please note the rental price listed covers all bills and council tax.
