Hey! I’m sadly moving out and looking for a nice, responsible person to take over my double room. Here’s the lowdown:

The Room:
• Properly spacious — fits a queen bed, a desk and a big table, 3 wardrobes + drawers without feeling cramped
• Huge window = loads of sunlight
• Comes mostly furnished (bed + wardrobes + drawers) - all included in photo
• Shared bathroom on each floor (right next to this room so feels like en-suite, guest toilet on Ground floor as well)
• Room comes furnished with most in the photo, just round desk and chairs to go

The Flat:
• You’ll be living with 3 respectful, tidy, easy to get along with flatmates
• Flat is always kept clean (not a party house, everyone does their bit)
• Cosy living room & Lovely garden which is hard to come across in shared-living in London

Rent & Bills:
• Rent: £1,070 / month
• Bills: £93 each month (council tax, water, energy, TV etc)

Location:
• 2 mins to Tesco
• 6 mins to Jolene (the OG one!)
• Loads of great spots nearby, in a calm, family-friendly pocket where I’ve always felt safe walking home at night, 9 mins to Dalston Kingsland station

Other Info:
• Move-in from next week (end of September)
• Contract runs until April 2026, with option to extend - official resign with landlord so it won't be illegal sublet
• Viewings start Monday
