The room 🛏️
Double size, bed/wardrobe/chest of drawers included. Nice view out the front of the house which is a quiet road and far away from the main high street noise.

The area 🏙️
Close to Hackney Downs, Clissold Park, Stoke Newington high street and Church Street, which has loads of nice bars, pubs coffee shops and green space. There’s also a few decent gyms very close by.

The housemates 🏡
We all get along really well, have our own lives but chat all the time in the house and like to arrange a pub quiz altogether from time to time.

Our landlord lives in the flat underneath the house, she’s very friendly and helps when needed.

The house also has a backyard which is nice in the summer.

Whilst bills are included, we all chip in for a cleaner every fortnight for the communal areas, which is around £15 each time.
