Double room in Stoke Newington

I have a double room available in my two bedroom flat in Stoke Newington. Located 5 minutes from Hackney downs park, the flab is a period conversion just off Stoke Newington high street. The room gets loads of light and it’s at the back of the house so it’s quite quiet. There’s a big living room which is yet to be made cosy, there’s some stuff that I’m still waiting to move out as you can see from the photos. The flat is over two levels, with the kitchen being downstairs.
Rent is £750 with the bills coming to approx £200 each. Onstreet parking available for permit holders. The landlord lives upstairs who’s a lovely guy and gets any problems sorted out asap.

A bit about me! I’m Eve, I’m 36, originally from Sheffield and I’m a costume maker for film, tv and theatre. I spend a lot of my spare time going to gigs, walking in the wetlands and questing for vintage bargains at the carboot. I make costumes for myself and attend cabaret nights from time to time, but quit drinking 8 years ago so my partying days are very much behind me. Looking for someone who’s wanting a peaceful place to live, not a party house! Ideally someone who is vegetarian. Looking for someone fun and chilled. This is an LGBTQI+ friendly household. The room is available now, but ideally want someone to move in before 7/11/2025
