House Share Stoke Newington - Large double room

Hey There! One of hour flatmates is moving pout so we're looking to find a new tenant from 1st of December ideally

The room:

It's a big double room, very comfortable and calm as it faces the back garden. Comes with a bedframe+matress, wardrobe, chest of drawers

The house:
Located in a quiet street, between Stokey, Rectory Road and Clapton- closest station is Rectory Road st ( less than 10min walk). We're on the top flat so there's no garden, the common areas are Kitchen and we do have a small spare room for either guests or for us to enjoy.

We keep the house clean and have a cleaning rota.

About us:

Quite laid back and creative people. We're both quite busy during the week and work from home a few days. Our work is computer based, photography and visual effects for film and advertising.

This is not a party house and we want to keep it that way!

Looking for:

Full time professional ( agency checks will be required) and responsible person. Friendly, not a party animal, respectful and house trained. Happy to have chat and share a coffee or a glass of wine, but also happy to do their thing.

Bills: rent with bills is £987, that covers everything and paid on the 30th of every month, no delays!
