Sublet in Friendly Flat (Stoke Newington)

Hi everyone, I'm subletting my double bedroom in Stoke Newington from mid-december - late/end of January (flexible) while I'm away travelling.

Location:
2min walk from Rectory Road overground (20mins into Liverpool Street)
1min walk to buses towards London Bridge
4 stops away from Seven Sisters for Victoria line

Bias but best area in London - 5min walk from Church street, 15 from Clissold Park, Hackney Downs, Dalston. Tons of pubs, shops, restaurants

Flat:
Top floor flat in sectioned victorian home. Big living room and kitchen, TV, kitchen amenities, everything you need

Flatmates:
Pat (Aussie, 25, Journalist), Rhianna (UK, 28, Film), and Kim (Aussie, 26, Marketing) all live in the flat. We've created a nice homey vibe, everyone is clean, respectful, and a great kitchen chat.

We all have busy schedules and our own group of friends, but still try to keep a social calendar to do things together maybe once a month or so. Pat and Kim both have long term partners that they stay over with for half of the week. So even though there's only one bathroom, since its extremely rare that all 4 of us are home, I think I can count on one hand the amount of times I've had to wait for the bathroom.

Misc.
I'm officially away from the 14th of December, and have an open return date, I'm hoping for last week of Jan. or so, but I'm flexible with dates, though I'm not looking for anyone for less than 3-4 weeks.

I'll clear out my room for storage as much as you need, but will be hoping to keep some stuff in there as well like decorations and such. You'll have a big desk to work from and really everything you need.
