The flatmates are really lovely (4M, 1F) and all have different work schedules so often you get the kitchen or living room to yourself!

Next to Clissold Park and Church Street, in a lovely residential area but still very close to Dalston and Highbury & Islington

Rent is £1000 excluding bills (around £50-100 depending on the season), new contract is signed on the 1st of Feb 2026. I’ll be moving out around mid-late Jan so we can arrange for a bit earlier if needed.
