Two rooms available in a lovely house in Stoke New

Hey there!
Two of our flatmates have just moved out from our lovely house in the heart of Stoke Newington. So we have 1 room available from the 1st of December.

THE HOUSE

There is still one room available.
We have also a cozy living room upstairs that we use for laundries and, a massive garden, ready to host summer bbqs and after work drinks.

The house is located 2 minutes from Church Street in a lovely and quiet area. 10 minutes walk from Clissold Park, Rectory Road Overground, Stoke Newington Overground, 15' walk from Dalston Kingsland.

ROOMS STUFF:

Option 1: Bright medium room with access to our private garden (also accessible from the kitchen). £700 not including bills (Bills are between £95-£130 depending on the time of year). Photo of the room are from previous tenant because they were using it as a studio! TAKEN!

Option 2: Bright medium-large room. £835 excluding bills (bills are £95 - £130 depending on time of year) AVAILABLE

Both rooms are currently unfurnished but will ask the landlord to provide everything (beds, wardrobes, chest of drawers and desks) unless you have your own stuff.

ABOUT THE REMAINING TENANTS:

Salvatore, Italian doctor now doing a PhD, and Lisa working in industrial design. We are both in our early 30s.

NEW FLATMATE

Any nationality, gender and sexual orientation welcomed. We just would like to keep the good vibe in the house, therefore we only ask for tidy and respectful flatmates!
