Cozy double room in Stoke Newington!

Hi there! My lovely room is gonna be available from the 22nd of December to the 31st of Jan! The price is for 6 weeks bills included!

About the flat: It is a ground floor flat inside a very chill council state 3 min walk to Church Street! We have a living room, kitchen with a dinning table, laundry area, patio and a big garden!

There is a cleaner that comes twice per month, tho we are all very clean so the house is always looking tidy.

Transportation: there is a bus 73 line that is 2 min walk from the house. This one connects you with everything! (overground stations -> Canonbury Station in 5 minutes) and ofc Dalston Kingsland is a 20 min walk.

We are 3 flatmates living together, tho you will be living only with Emily (British, wfh 3 times per week and loves cooking) as she is the only one staying in the house. Tommaso (our other flatmate) will be away 4 of those 5 weeks.

This is a very chill space, not a party house. The heater works perfectly well and my room comes with 3 diff lamps that you can adjust the lighting (well prepared for winter time) + there are some spare heaters just in case.

Chill, cosy, and ideal for anyone wanting a short-term stay in vibrant North/East London!
