Lovely room in Stoke Newington

hi girls!!! our flat mate is moving out to spend time with her family in scotland before going back home to Australia so we are looking to for someone to take over her double room in our flat in Stoke Newington from the 20th of December.

About the flat:
📍3 bedroom, 2 bathrooms located in Stoke Newington (about an 8 min walk to Stoke Newington station). Good bus routes into central london. There is a huge Morrisons in walking distance as well as a tesco express. The area feels super safe and has a nice family vibe.
💸 The rent is £930 per month (excluding bills) the council tax £33.33 each per month
🏡 Your room comes furnished with a double bed, a large set of drawers & a cupboard and you will be sharing the bathroom with myself! The flat feels super spacious and has a private balcony as well as a backyard that is shared with the other 2 flats.
💌 We love our flat and we are both clean and tidy, so would want to find someone who also values a tidy space. We have only recently moved in here so currently the place is looking a little bare but we are super keen to make it look cute and homey!!


About us:

you will be living with me (Abby) - I’m 24, I have just moved from Australia to London and I am a social worker. You will also be living with Annie, who is 24 and works in insurance.

We are both super sociable & friendly - we love a good night out, or a pub night (lots of cute pubs close by!!!) but also enjoy wholesome movie nights, baking, going to the markets and exploring london. We are hoping to find someone who has similar vibes to us, who likes to socialise in and out of the flat - we would love to create a nice homey atmosphere and friendship within the flat!
