Looking for a one month subletter to take my room in a cosy Stoke Newington 3-bed flat.
Room is available 23 Dec - 23 Jan, but can be slightly flexible with shorter dates. The room is furnished with a double bed and desk. Draws and wardrobe will be partially cleared for the subletter.
The house has a large shared living/dining room, separate kitchen and one bathroom. There’s an outdoor terrace where a bike can be stored too.
You’ll be staying with a Canadian and Australian. One works full time, 3 days a week from home. The other works part time and regularly looks after two dogs who are at the house 2-3 days a week. Both are nice and social, enjoy a wine and some trashy tv!
It’s a short three minute walk from a bus stop served by the 73 and 476, and a 15 min walk from Dalston Kingsland Overground station.
House is LGBTIQA+ friendly - ideally looking for girls, gays or theys!
