We're looking for a calm tidy person who will fit in with the current dynamic.
We have a large back yard, great for hang outs / BBQs / meal times. This is the only communal area which is great in Summer but not so much when it's cold. Something to be aware of.

Rent is £667 + £90 Bills which covers everything including council tax / internet / cleaner twice a month etc
You will have to go through the agency, provide references and pay a months deposit.
This room has a mezzanine bed which is quite high up, won't be suitable if you're afraid of heights!
