A really spacious refurbished maisonette flat, with a great eat-in kitchen and a lovely bright living room with huge windows. The flat is laid out over two floors, so it's very roomy. We never feel on top of each other!

There are 3 bedrooms in total. All are good-sized doubles, and all have their own ensuite bathroom. The room for rent is on the bottom floor.

Excellent location on Stoke Newington High Street. Close to lots of great bars, coffee shops and restaurants. Hackney Downs Park and Clissold Park are also 15 mins walk away.

Good transport with lots of buses and overground trains at Rectory Road and Dalston Kingsland/Junction - all are 5-15 mins away from the house.

Bills work out around £130.00 pm each which includes broadband and a Virgin TV package. We also have a monthly cleaner which is around £15 each. Council Tax band D.

A bit about us: I'm Wedaeli, I'm 31 and a journalist. I love books, doing cultural things around London, swimming and cooking. Sukran is 28 and enjoys yoga, film and reading. (We both love a spot of reality TV too!)

Looking for a flatmate to join us who is friendly, considerate, clean and tidy - someone who enjoys doing their own thing but is equally also up for a chat in the kitchen and the occasional film/TV night.
